Rainbows as Symbols of Hope
Across many cultures, rainbows are symbols of hope and new beginnings. In the Bible, a rainbow is God’s promise never to flood the earth again. For people going through tough times, a rainbow can feel like a sign that better days are coming. Last year, when my town faced a long drought, everyone was worried about the crops. One evening, after the first rain in months, a bright rainbow stretched over the fields. Farmers smiled, kids cheered, and even the old trees seemed to stand taller. That rainbow wasn’t just colors in the sky—it was a reminder that nature has a way of healing, and that hard times don’t last forever. Whenever I feel down, I think of that rainbow and hold onto hope.
