Internet of Things (IoT)​

The IoT connects everyday devices to the internet, allowing them to collect and share data. Examples include smart thermostats, fitness trackers, and smart fridges. IoT makes life more convenient: smart homes can adjust temperature automatically, and fitness trackers monitor health. In industries, IoT improves efficiency—factories use it for predictive maintenance, and farmers use it to monitor crops. However, IoT increases security risks, as more devices mean more potential targets for hackers.​
